Yes, we offer A4 swatches. We know it’s important to feel the fabric in your own hands before deciding. Swatches are free of charge for business customers. You can request them directly on our Fabrics page or contact us to start the process.

Yes, in some cases. Not all fabrics have sample yardage available because most are produced to order. Tell us which fabric you’re considering and we’ll check what yardage and colours are currently in stock.

For business customers, the first round of A4 swatch samples within a 12-month period is shipped free of charge using our courier service. Delivery typically takes about a week, depending on the destination. For any additional sampling rounds, we’ll ask you to provide your courier account.

For sample yardage (whether free or paid), you will need to arrange your own shipping. If preferred, we can organise the shipment for you and add the cost to your invoice.

For SMS and bulk orders, our standard terms are Ex Works and FOB respectively. Other shipping arrangements can be discussed on request.

Contact us to be connected with a sales representative who will guide you through the process. We will prepare an official quotation and explain all details, including payment terms, minimums, and shipping options.

Once the order is confirmed, production begins immediately and you’ll receive regular updates. If lab dips are required, you’ll receive them in advance to approve the exact shade. When production is completed and inspected, we send shipping samples for your own quality confirmation. The goods are then dispatched according to the shipping method agreed in the order.

Not at the moment. You can request samples online, but fabric orders are handled personally by our sales team. They manage everything by email and voice calls to ensure the details are correct and the process runs smoothly.

For sampling orders (SMS), we can start production with 100–200 yards per colour, depending on the item. These small runs include a surcharge to cover machine time.

For bulk orders, the standard surcharge-free minimums are:

• 3,000 yards per item per order, and

• 1,000 yards per colour.

Orders below these levels can still be produced, but surcharges apply. This system helps keep the price per yard consistent from small to standard orders.

Yes. You can choose any colour you need, as far as you can reach the 100-200 yards minimum for production (item dependent). We accept most colour systems, but Pantone references are the most common and easiest for us to work with. You will receive lab dips to be able to select the exact shade you need.

Yes. You can use the filters on our Fabrics page to find our eco-focused materials, mainly grouped by yarn type, such as our recycled synthetics or sustainable natural materials. If you need help choosing the right option or want details about the yarns and processes we use, contact us and a sales representative will guide you.

We can provide bluesign, GRS, Higg FEM, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 – either directly or through our partnering mills, depending on the specific fabric and process.

No, we focus solely on fabric production. However, we work with garment manufacturers around the world and can point you in the right direction if you need support with finished products.

All our fabrics are produced, finished, and shipped from Taiwan. We don’t operate factories in other countries.
