1: Vision & Consultation
You have a new project, collection, or vision. Whether you know exactly what you need, or are seeking expert guidance and inspiration, this is where we begin. We listen to your goals, advise on materials, processes, function, and style, and help align the perfect fabric with your budget. Our collection exceeds 10,000 fabrics and is constantly evolving to meet the latest trends.

2: Discovering Your Ideal Fabric
Finding the perfect match in a vast collection is easy. Experienced designers can use our website’s powerful filters (composition, weight, category) to quickly narrow down options. If you prefer a hands-on experience, visiting our office or exhibition stand is often described as a treasure hunt of possibilities, where our experts guide you to your ideal choices.
3: Samples, Pricing, & Logistics
Once you have your favorites, it’s time to confirm your selections. Request samples to feel the hand-feel, structure, and drape at your desk. We will provide you with transparent pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and realistic lead times, giving you all the data needed to make your final decision.

4: Refining the Selection
If the initial samples aren’t quite right, that’s okay! We don’t stop there. We use the closest option as a base and continue to pivot and refine the search until we have identified the fabric that perfectly meets your expectations and needs.
5: Prototype & Wear Testing
Before committing to a full production run, you need to ensure the fabric performs. Order a couple of yards for a prototype, wear test, or internal trials. This small-scale validation, which can range from a few yards to over 100, confirms the fabric’s suitability for your specific application and project scope.

6: The Ready-to-Go Order
The green light is pressed! Once the fabric is confirmed, you finalize your color selections and we immediately initiate the production of the greige fabric (undyed base cloth). We keep you updated on the lead-time and status every step of the way.
7: Lab Dip Approval
As soon as the greige is ready, you will receive Lab Dips. This is a critical color-matching step where you receive 4 small swatches of the intended color. You review and confirm the exact shade that aligns with your vision, ensuring absolute color fidelity for your final product.

8: Delivery & Payment
Once production is completed and the fabric has passed our rigorous quality checks, we send you shipping samples for final confirmation. Upon your approval, the order is shipped to any location on the planet, ready to be integrated into your collection.
9: Post-Sale Support & Partnership
Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We check in to ensure everything is running smoothly. Whether you need hangtags, marketing assets, or have operational questions, our team remains a dedicated partner to support your ongoing success.
